Charles A. Marino, President

As President, Charles is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction. With experience on the corporate lending side of the industry, Charles has a strong finance background in the commercial and government sectors. Before founding Pennsylvania Title Insurance, he was an officer with CIT Group and held a management position with Penske’s southeast region. His career has taken him to Philadelphia, New York, and Atlanta. He now resides with his family in Pittsburgh, PA.
Habib “Hab” Shanen COO / Vice President

With a dual role as Vice President and COO, Hab has one hand in the company’s overall growth and one hand in the daily workflow, performance, and title output. A former Senior Vice President at LandAmerica Financial and CITI Financial, Hab has served in the executive capacity at several large companies and as a result, is a well-known and respected title services professional who has built a loyal and dedicated team.
Brad Aurila, Vice President

As Vice President, Brad serves as the sales and marketing arm of the company. He initiates many of the company’s client relations and stays active in his clients’ accounts. With over 12 years experience on the lending side of the business, Brad anticipates his clients’ needs. With the mission to maintain and grow the business as a service-oriented company, Brad works closely with the team to deliver exactly what the client is expecting.
